Can you please tell your weight and hight.
The shoes you are using for running needs to be perfect.
For now take warm water in a bucket.
Did your feet and do little rotation if possible within the water for 2 to 3 days and give rest.
Rest means no walk or exercise.
After going through your question ,would suggest you to start applying ice in that area n visit a physiotherapist for through examination of your gait n footwear .
