Pain in both leg bones below the knee.
Pain in leg bones below the knee above the toe from 15 days, initially it occur when i came back from running from treadmill, i went to doctor he wrote some some vitamin and calcium tablet after taking medicine it not got treated, i again refer to doctor he gave me some pain killer, althrocin, after i complete my dose for 10 days, it not got controlled now pain occur in normal walking condition also, i again rushed to doctor today, he asked me to for blood and urine test, test report is normal, and he wrote some medicine like Vitamin e acetate ( 1 tablet for 10 days) and levocarintine, lornoxicom and paracetamol tablet ( 2 tablet dailyfor 1o days), one vitamin D3 tablet( 1 only), rabeprozole tablets ( 1 tablet daily for 10 days) , what should i do, should i go for these tablets

This is looks like Shin splints, when muscles, tendons and bone tissue become overworked. Shin splints often occur in athletes who've recently intensified or changed their training routines.The main symptom is pain in the leg. Treatment includes rest, ice and pain relievers. As we need proper stretching and graded exercise regimen.
