My pregnancy positive now 6;weeks but my left leg always paining..Dr prescribed daily 400mg strone tablet.i was worried about my leg calf pain. Kindly advise me what is the reason for this pain

Get yourself examined. Unilateral calf pain will not occur due to deficiency. There could be some local pathology. Have calcium rish diet. Do vitamin d and serum calcium test
