Pls answer the following questions first. A thorough history is mandatory 1. Pls mention whether you have a history of this pain in the past . 2.How did it start . 3. Has the intensity been the same throughout or it has been gradually increasing. 4. Is it specific in a movement/ position or irrespective of that. 5. You also need to specify your work profile as vaccine cannot give pain for that long. Temporary soreness may be there for couple of days after injection but not more than that
Next Steps
Incase you have any investigation reports pls share. A vague history can never give a definitive diagnosis
Health Tips
avoid lifting heavy bags  of any bags from the affected side shoulder avoid putting hand under head while sleeping on the sides. Always use pillow when sleeping sideways to reduce pressure on shoulder.

It needs to be assessed. You are in the frozen shoulder age group. But hard to diagnose with limited information. Please visit a physiotherapist
