LDL bad Cholestrol
I'm 22 years old and I'm having a doubt that I might be having LDL content in my body. I have heard from so many people that consuming Green tea regularly would reduce the bad cholesterol. Should I include Green tea into my daily food habits to reduce the cholesterol before things become worse?

Hi - thanks for your question. U v rightly said green tea has very good antioxidant effect to all of us mainly diabetes, cardio, obesity disorders. But for LDL not only green tea but u v to add some fibres, greens, vegetables, fruits soft, & very low oil foods. Totally restricted trans fats like all junk street, cream ,fast foods available outside or ordinary restaurant. also to stop saturated fat so all these r culprits for LDL. Two time green tea in a day definitely help in a certain percentage.

Hi, hope you are well. Firstly I would recommend that you get a lipid profile done to get a clear picture of your cholesterol status. Green tea is in general good for your health. To reduce the bad cholesterol cut down on junk and fat rich food from the diet. Have more fruits and salads. Exercise everyday. You can ping me on personal chat once you get your test results for a personalized diet. P.S. you need to do 12 hours fasting before the test. Hope this helps.
