Your laziness could be attributed to your low Vitamin B12 levels which is the nutrient commonly lacking among Indians as the vegetarian dietary sources so not have that adequate amount of B12. However if you are a non-Vegetarian Eggs, Liver,Kidney do have Vitamin B12 in them.
Just for your information:
Symptoms of Vitamin B12 deficiency other than Lethargy are Fatigue, Pain in calf, Pain in legs, Difficulty in concentrating etc.
A balanced meal with other essential vitamins and minerals also would help you.
