Hello, Your laziness could be attributed to your low Vitamin B12 levels which is the nutrient commonly lacking among Indians as the vegetarian dietary sources so not have that adequate amount of B12. However if you are a non-Vegetarian Eggs, Liver,Kidney do have Vitamin B12 in them. Just for your information: Symptoms of Vitamin B12 deficiency other than Lethargy are Fatigue, Pain in calf, Pain in legs, Difficulty in concentrating etc. A balanced meal with other essential vitamins and minerals also would help you.
Next Steps
Kindly consult me through Practo so that I can help you with the necessary guidelines for your lifestyle management.
Health Tips
You could also take Vit B12 injections on alternate days after seeking the help of a doctor OR take Nurokind OD which is a pure Vitamin B12 supplement that is to be kept below your tongue as this pill is supposed to be taken sub-lingually.
