Hi Avoid outside food completely. Also avoid fried food and sugar. Drink plenty of water everyday. Increase your water consumption. Eat less rice,  potatoes. Use smaller plates to eat. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, make sure you exercise at least an hour every day. You might feel lethargic in the beginning but you would have to put in your efforts to make your self in shape. Along with the exercise, you would have to focus on the diet also. Include complex carbohydrates in your diet, that is trough whole cereals and pulses. Avoid processed foods, and simple carbohydrate. Include 1st class proteins, coming from milk and milk products, meats, eggs, and mix of cereals and pulses. Reduce the intake of visible fats and incorporate invisible fats coming from nuts and oil seeds, avoiding coconut and cashews.
