Hi..Laser hair reduction or Diode laser cannot cause pigmentation when used in correct frequency..and also hair reduction laser is suggested every 4 weeks for atleast 6sittings..i suggest you chemical peels for pigmentation between the sittings and go for the Nd YAG laser which is commonly used for pigmentation after laser hair reduction
Next Steps
which ever problem is of immediate concern you can go for the respective Laser
Health Tips
after any laser it is always better to leave a gap of 2 weeks
