Yes, 6 months post C-section is generally safe for CO2 laser as the scar should be well healed by then. CO2 laser can reduce stretch mark appearance by 30-60% â it does not remove them completely but improves texture and colour significantly. Usually needs 3-5 sessions. Main side effects are temporary redness, swelling and skin darkening (especially in Indian skin tones).
