I had surgical abortion on 30th January 2022. I was 14 weeks pregnant on the day of abortion. I am 20 years old. It was my first pregnancy. Is it normal to lactate after abortion? Like I have noticed lactation today. If yes how long will it take to stop naturally? If no then what should I do further?
I also have slight pain in my chest sometimes also jaise chamak uth ti hai Waise wala pain hota hai kabhi kabhi in the lower abdomen. And I get backaches more often now!
If I need to consult a gynac personally can someone suggest me doctor from Pune city itself as it would be easier and I can also visit the clinic!

Some women will have lactation during pregnancy. And if in those women the pregnancy ends in abortion, then the lactation will continue for few days after the abortion.
You should not stimulate your breasts, wear a tight bra, take a pain killer like Ibuprofen or Paracetamol. Normally the lactation should stop in two weeks.
