Abortion at 10 week
Hi,
I have had two previous C-sections, with the last one being two years ago. I have just tested positive for pregnancy, and I am currently at 10 weeks. I didn’t realize I was pregnant earlier due to my PCOS.
I would like to undergo an abortion. Can a medical abortion (using pills) still be done at 10 weeks? Also, will there be any complications if I choose a surgical abortion instead, given my history of two C-sections?

If you’re sure of termination of pregnancy then you should visit a nearby good obstetrician/gynecologist.
At 10 weeks with previous 2 LSCS, you will most probably be admitted for surgical abortion. Surgical is better than medical as there is risk of excessive bleeding and retained products in medical abortion.
Also location of pregnancy in current pregnancy ( near or far from cesarean scar) matters in your management.
So I would recommend better to visit and consult a doctor and plan.

Efficacy is questionable after 9 weeks. Better to undergo surgical abortion asap or after 13 weeks
