Lack of sleep during pregnancy
Hi, I am suffering from lack of sleep during pregnancy (31weeks).i have this problem from my 5th month and my gynecologist suggested to rake Restyl-0.25 mg per day for three days and also whenever needed. I took the same for three days. Can you please suggest is it okay to take restyl as prescribed. Kindly suggest me if there is any other option available.

Should be avoided Walk Whn the body tires u will automatically fall asleep Avoid sleeping in the day
