Sleep jerk like orgasm during pregnancy
I lost my first baby due to an incompetent cervix.This is my second pregnancy.I am 20 week pregnant now. I had McDonald stitches at 17 weeks.After this 5 6 times, I had a jerk in sleep and woke up in midnight realising I had orgasm type feeling though proper orgasm was not there.It causes slight cramps then.
I don't know what to do and I am really scared.It might cause contractions and miscarriage .My doctor has asked me no abstinence.
Can anyone please tell what to do.

Contractions is commonly expected in previously incompetent cervix but it's already stitched so no need to worry but you need to to you do urine culture and sensitivity test to know if there is an infection and also avoid intercourse so that u don't make this worst
