Jerks while sleeping
I am in last trimester of pregnancy. I feel some jerks in my arms and legs while sleeping... Jus once or twice... And then i wake up... And sleep normally...thia happens evrytym wen i sleep...once or twice...is it normal or I need to consult some specialist for the same...

It maybe normal. Inform your parent gynaecologist about it. If it happens too frequently, it may need evaluation. Regularly go for check ups.

Get ur vit b12.n vit d levels checked Hope ur taking iron n calcium supplements regularly
