Try not to sleep in the daytime.
Take your dinner at least 2 hours before you go to sleep.
Keep the bedroom dark. No TV . No Mobile. No other distractions.
And no sleeping pills.
Avoid TV and screen time at bed time
Walk after dinner have a light meal
And you don't sleep in the afternoon
A tired body will automatically fall asleep
