Sleeping problem during pregnancy
It's my first month of pregnancy and I am unable to sleep during night properly. Is there any tips I can follow to get good sleep?

Try not to sleep in the daytime. Take your dinner at least 2 hours before you go to sleep. Keep the bedroom dark. No TV . No Mobile. No other distractions. And no sleeping pills.

Avoid TV and screen time at bed time Walk after dinner have a light meal And you don't sleep in the afternoon A tired  body will automatically fall asleep
