Hello, just eating an egg a day does not solve your issue
Vitamin D is basically synthesized by our bodies with sunlight. Ample sunlight exposure helps in natural sysnthesis of cholecalciferol.. This means you need to move out of your place regularly. Get some sunshine and wind. Walk or exercises increase the content too. Apart from this you have to take your vitamin D supplements and calcium regularly. And ofcourse when it comes to diet I'm there to hepl you. Kindly book an appointment with me on practo
