Hello, you are saying  that you cannot concentrate on day to day activates  apart from  lack of concentration in studies. Is there anything that is bothering you? are you tensed about any matter,  Because sometimes if we are worried about something we are unable to pay attention to our day to day work. If you are not focused on what you are doing you will not be able to recall if you did it or not.eg -you keep your keys somewhere while thinking about something else then you will not be able to recall where you kept it. Therfore it becomes important  that you vist a psychiatrist and talk about your problems and work on solutions. For studies try the following 1. make a time table . a realistic  and practical one. 2. make sure you  give some time to rest too.take reasonable short breaks. 3.while you study undertand the lessons dont just  biheart  them. 4.write them if it helps you or make notes. 5.Discuss or teach your friends  what you studied it will help in retention of topic. 6.when you take a break set an alram and as soon as the time is over get back to books. 7.Revise what you have studied one time  reading  may not help everyone 8.Start to love the idea of studying that will keep you intrested and focused.
