Get sputum c/s. And start empirically on taxim-o 200 mgs twice daily for 5-7 days. Lincotus dx syrup 3tsf thrice daily x 3 days

Report says that you have an infection with a certain organism.
Since the specimen is a sputum sample, I assume it is some lung infection.
