Better to go for fresh MRI and check present status of disc prolapse as it is not responding to rest and medication and also young age

Need more details. Get a physical / atleast  video consultation. Can be treated with medication and physiotherapy. If any of the findings are positive u will need to get  x ray and MRI of LS spine.

Is your pain radiating till foot or toes. Any numbness altered sensation or weakness anytime? You need to be evaluated clinically and get an x ray and MRI done if needed.
