L want to lose weight
I have a 2 year old baby. My Pre-pregnancy weight was 70 kg and now it is 90 kg. I want to get back to my previous self. I had a C-section. Please help!!!

Hello, have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. For ladies aerobic exercises and yoga works better , Skipping ,swimming ,cycling burns stored fat .
