I fell on my knee .. it felt mild pain in knee... i used volini ..after two weeks now it is not severe pain but when i run or do exercise like squat i feel mild pain in my knee.. moreover i feel a tingling sensation in that leg ...

U didn’t tell how the impact on ur knee was just have a x ray done to rule out any further problem if swelling persist have some cold pack do give rest to knee if again further problem then u need a advance diagnosis
