Hai ,the reason for ur pain while walking staircase and driving car is mostly Becoz of the weak muscle but may be due to arthritis too or any ligament of quadriceps strain consult a near by Physio for u and get ur pain reduced meanwhile at home keep some cold fermentation and relax ur muscle
