Knee pain left. Help me with this?

Early osteoarthritis of the knee. Kindly share standing weight bearing xrays of the knee. How frequently does the pain appear. What are the restrictions in daily routine. No indication for scopy. May benefit gradually with exercises. If not helping, there few more options. Kindly consult for the same.
