Knee pain.
I have delivered a baby 3.5 months back and now from past one month or 15 days I have lot of knee and ankle pain .. even sitting for 10 mins makes it painful to get up and walk for few seconds .. I think little swelling is also there .. any suggestions?

State height and weight before pregnancy and after delivery now is it decreasing any issue of thyroid sugar blood pressure heart lung kidney brain abdomen pelvic organ any gynaeobs issue consult me online thru practo

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However  I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep  no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected joints. --.(for exercises,take help of a physiotherapist or visit my you tube channel 'Dr N C Gupta yoga simplified') --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. It is most likely due to patella maltracking in knee. One kilo increase in weight - causes 10 kilo strain in anterior aspect of knee. Do VMO exercises- which will in relieving pain. Do calf stretching exercises for ankle. Consult orthopaedic dr. Vitamin d , calcium and b complex might help.
