I've knee pain MRI shows Degenerativ osteoarthritis (medial Tibiofemoral & Patello femoral compartment) Grade I signal changes in posterior horn of medial meniscus Micro contusions /marrow edema in anterior aspect of medial femoral condyle Minimal joint effusion Please advise me
