No pain No much swelling Can move knee all the side but with little difficulties Light stiffness in knee Could not bear weight on the injured knee Knee giving way* Got injured on Thursday evening No bone damage (as per doc confirmation) Knee got twisted while felling from bike

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel nc gupta me and my yoga). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. It might be Ligament injury in knee. Apply ice . Need MRI scam to confirm diagnosis. Do quadriceps and hamstring exercises

Knee Giving away could be due to ligament injury, ACL is the most common. Could also Have associated Meniscal Injury - a possible cause of stiffness.

MRI will help you know the problem and consult a doctor before or after to know the treatment plan.

Be Careful when walking on uneven / slippery surfaces and do not turn(PIVOT) on the affected leg

Knee giving away is a significant complaint Could be a ligamentous injury There are multiple ligaments inside the knee joint which get torn when the knee is twisted on a planted foot

In-person asessment by an orthopaedic surgeon trained in sports medicine as well
Health Tips
Be careful while getting up and down the stairs and sudden turning around while walking on a straight line all of these accentuate the problem of instability
