Mam i had met with an accident 1 week ago my knees was injured but no fracture was spotted after recovery i cant bend my knee more than 60 ° pain ocuurs on LHS AND RHS Side of the knee

It might be a blunt injury... Do ice pack for 3 times next 5 days .... It shuld be ok n u shuld b able to bend later.

As it is  early, u should consult a physiotherapist with complete reports , the movement of your knee will be gained back by the help of the exercises, because of the pain u wont be able to do the exercises properly on your own,so its better to  consult a physiotherapist nearby and get treated by a profesional, get well soon.

Its likely a Collateral ligaments injury. Take Ultrasonic therapy, Laser therapy, followed by Cupping therapy, Dry needling & Ice therapy for 10 days. Ice therapy to do twice daily. Do static knee exercises regularly.
