Knee and weight problems
I’ve been trying to loose weight now for months but I’m not getting anywhere. I am a female teenager and I’m trying to loose thigh weight and also stomach. I do exercise but I’m finding nothing’s happening. Is it safe for me to loose weight at my age and stage in life? I have also started to get bad cramps and pain in my left knee when I bend it or sit for a while. When I run it always hurts at the front of the knee cap which restricts me. What could it be? Is it my weight, I’m 65kg

Hello Practo User! First of all it is always advisable to give rest to the body part which hurts when you exert that body part. So you should take a rest for some days and see if the pain goes. Second is to apply heat or hot fomentation. Third part is that you should try some anti-inflammatory medications to see if it is some inflammation or not and if nothing helps then you should see a doctor who can order a scan and try to understand what precisely is the reason. We, LiveLifeMore®Diet & Wellness Clinic provide such weight loss plans which are supervised by Nutritionist & provide the right nutrients so that you achieve your goals & tackle your health issues.
