I am 24 years old and i have muscle and joints pain especially i have problem.with my leg muscles..so what should i do.??

If u use High heel shoes or footwears first avoid them. They may be the primary cause.

Get your Vitamin-D and serum Calcium checked. Check on your diet if you are taking enough protein required for your age. Most commom cause of pain in this age is inadequate diet and hence inadequate macro nutrients and vitamins deficiency

Clean your diet, join a fitness club, start with body stretches ,use exercise equipments with lowest resistance level for first 3-4 weeks. Slowly increase resistance after 4 weeks. Keep your body hydrated.
