Get your rheumatoid profile checked if there is family history. Symptoms are small joint pains. Morning stiffness more than 30 minutes

It's common to have joint pains, now that you have a family history it's best to get evaluated for any type of early arthritis which can be controlled with meds. But a lot of times joint pains could just be due to vitamin b12 and d deficiencies. If you do get tested and have deficiency, get injections as supplements and your pains will go in no time.
Next Steps
consult an ortho
Health Tips
get vitamin injections

Yes please you do need to get evaluated. It's a joint pain more in the morning or in the evening. How long does it take the joint pains to subside? Which other joints are involved? What history of arthritis you have in your family?
Next Steps
Kindly provide the about details for appropriate advice
