We need to take a detailed history for your problem that you have mentioned here. Pain while opening the jaw can be due to various reasons.
We need to do a complete clinical examination and if required investigations such as X ray of the jaw might also be required.
But for all this we need to take a complete history as to how long has it been... is there any problem related to the wisdom tooth or is it related to the joint.
Kindly visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or a specialist dealing with oral medicine and radiology for the same madam.
