Dear patient,
It is anyways advisable to visit your nearest dentist regarding your mouth related problems but meanwhile you can try these things.
1. Full your mouth with water hold for a few seconds and then split it out.
Repeat this for 5-6 times a day. Remember don't force yourself if it is hurting.
2. Avoid spicy, oily food.
3. Follow some mouth exercise routine like open it and close it with in a few seconds gap in two or three sessions a day.
HOPE IT WILL HELP.
WISH YOU A GOOD HEALTH.
GOOD LUCK.
Hello sir,
It's too early for me to confirm that ul be having a tmj problem..
It could be due to eruption of 3 rd molar in most of the cases..
U have to visit a orthodontist for the opinion...
If needed they will subject u to MRI and CBCT to find out the pathology...
Hi, It is really good you have stopped the habit but for your lock jaw problem please visit an oral surgeon who will also check for spots in the mouth.
