Jaw/fainal and back pain

I have Jaw/facial pain (not severe but pain kinda feeling) and back pain on and off
So was worried as i used to get right side chest pain on same spot so got complete health check up ( ecg echo and Tmt ) and lipid profile
Every thing is normal and even showed the report to general physician and he mentioned nothing to worry but he didn't answer much on these pain but prescribed some tabs fexy
So my worry is ,... why am I have this symptoms and worried that these are the top symptoms for heart problems in women's
Note all other kidney and liver reports are normal and even breast screening is normal
What is the reason can any one tell me ??
