Cheek muscles pain when I laugh but not experiencing pain when touching or opening mouth. Rarely lower jaw muscles also pains. It is paining for 5 months but the intensity and frequency of occurrence is low nowadays but I don't know why. All blood reports and
Vitamin B6,
B12 and
calcium levels are normal. If I laughed too much then exactly the muscles above my cheek bone has pulling like sensation but not actually pulling. I can also experience pain in that area when rotating my tongue inside my mouth. The thing is pain is same on both side of cheeks and occur at same time. But no pain on touch.
