Noise in Tmj is not a disease necessarily ...until it's asymptomatic...is it ass.with pain also..visit to oral surgeon wuld be better to rule out

You should go to a good oral surgeon in your area and get yourself checked again...
Normally there are various exercises along with some diet restrictions , they can be of help ..nd your problem can be cured to a large extent
