Hello sir, it could be TMJ arthralgia or could be because of Bruxism or clenching in the night . kindly visit the dentist for clinical examination. You can take a muscle relaxant till then twice a day for 3 days. ( nucoxia MR )

You can use warm water to swish your mouth and massage your jaws, it may give you relief, consult a doctor as sometimes it may be because of any other reason, need to find the root cause to resolve the problem permanently
Next Steps
impacted or malpositioned wisdom tooth may be also a reason behind the muscular spasm
