Hi Unnati, As you already mentioned, after stress you feel to relieve your stress in means of crying. After excessive crying, you tend to overthink. Resulting in panic attacks. Pls dnt think. Because if we could change, then these things won't happen. If we can't change, why stress. Let it come as it comes. Face the consequences like a brave girl. You should be ok .

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing such distressing symptoms. Based on what you've described—stress, panic attacks, headaches, nerve pain, sleeplessness, and eye irritation—it seems like you may be dealing with a combination of anxiety, stress-related symptoms, and possibly migraines or tension headaches. Chronic stress and anxiety can lead to physical symptoms, including headaches and nerve discomfort. Sleeplessness can also worsen these issues. Since these symptoms are affecting your daily life and well-being, it's important to address them as soon as possible. I strongly recommend that you seek a consultation to get a proper evaluation and personalized treatment plan. You don't have to go through this alone—I'm here to help you. Please reach out to me for further guidance and support. You can contact me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for a consultation. Take care
