Itching on left side face near teeth

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Suffer numbness problem from Before 3 month in our left side face . consult with densist and he suggest that need to extract your tooth. before three 2 month he had extracted. but now numbness problem in still also itching in face and swelling near extracted tooth. please suggest me.

I m not able to infer ur history . Wn u had numbness on the face , u sd first visit a good neuro physician, rule out anh palsy and then visit a dentist , As far as post op pain in the extracted tooth region is concerned it's common sometimes,
