Swelling near wisdom teeth
I have a swelling near wisdom teeth. Its paining as well. It feels similar to a blood clot. I accidentally did some damage with toothpick. Wanted to know if its severe? Should i consult a dentist?

Attach picture. Ice pack pressure intermittently extra-orally over the swelled region. Soft diet. Luke warm water gargle. Combiflam painkiller after food with antacid before food.
