Looks like Early Childhood caries/Nursing Bottle Caries. Do visit a local Pedodontist for treatment and physical evaluation.

This seems to be early child good caries and it’s in starting stage and it should be cleaned and filled so it’s better to seek treatment early ,and I can help u with that .

Hello… You child is having cavities in front teeth and it is a cause of concern… You need to get it treated as soon as possible.. The dentist will examine the cavities and removed the decay part and filled it with tooth colored filling (composite restoration). If it is left untreated it will progress and the cavity will get deep and your child will start feeling pain .. Meanwhile,take care of your child’s oral health.. Brush her teeth specially before bedtime. Make sure your child eats a well-balanced diet. Limit snacks that are sticky and high in sugars, such as chips, candy, cookies, and cake. If your child uses a bottle at bedtime, only put water in it. Juice or formula contain sugars that can lead to tooth decay.
