Is there something wrong with my stomach? I always feel hungry between lunch and dinner and eat snacks without fail. Why do i feel hunger between lunch and dinner?  Pls find my eating pattern below: Breakfast (10:00 am) - tiffen Lunch (2:00 pm) - rice Snacks (8:00 pm) - bread/sandwich/puffs Dinner (10:00 pm) - tiffen/rice

Add fruits, vegetables, roasted Chana, buttermilk, veg bhel u can Carry. And in between of meals u can take. Snacks should be around  4 :pm. And dinner should be before 8.00p.m.

It is very obvious that you will feel hungry between your meals coz there is so much difference between your consecutive meals.

better eat proper clean mezcla every 2 to 3 hrs to avoid hunter, weight fluctuation and stomach problems. Or you can consult me for the details
