Hi, No don't go for keto diet. Follow natural diet only. Reduce salt intake. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables Avoid oily, processed food completely. Have your dinner early and keep it light Drink plenty of water daily. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time We do customized diet plans suiting your needs.
