Is it safe to use protein supplements?
Is it totally safe to use protein supplements? I am working out in gym and my trainer insists on using protein supplements. If I can use protein supplements, what precautions can I take? I have a distant cousin who says he had fertility issues because of taking protein supplements. Is there such risk?

As far as possible it is good to stick to natural sources. However some people to need supplements.
