U can apply but it's not treatment
So contact your doctor who has diagnosed psoriasis by checking how much aggressive it become he can prescribe you med to stop itching

Drink plenty water
Eat non spicy food
Detox his body by have natural healthy food such as fruits and salads , coconut water .
