Dear Sir, Based on the diet you've shared, your meals are repetitive and may not be providing sufficient calories, protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals required for healthy weight gain. At 43 kg, it is important to consume a balanced diet with adequate protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, fruits, vegetables, and 2–3 nutritious snacks between meals. Include foods like eggs, milk, curd, paneer, nuts, seeds, bananas, and peanut butter, and combine your diet with regular strength training to support muscle gain.
Next Steps
If your weight has remained low despite eating well, I also recommend consulting a physician for basic investigations (CBC, thyroid profile, iron, vitamin B12, and vitamin D) to rule out any underlying deficiencies or medical conditions. For a personalized diet plan tailored to your body weight, activity level, budget, and food preferences, feel free to contact me. I'll be happy to help you achieve healthy and sustainable weight gain.

At 43 kg, you may be underweight depending on your height. Your current diet seems limited and may not provide enough calories, protein, and nutrients for healthy weight gain.
Next Steps
Share your height and recent weight history. Consult a doctor if you have unintentional weight loss, poor appetite, or digestive symptoms. Aim for a structured weight-gain plan.
Health Tips
Add 2–3 high-calorie snacks daily (nuts, peanut butter, milk, bananas). Increase protein intake (eggs, chicken, fish, paneer, soy). Include strength training 3–4 times per week to build muscle.

At 43 kg, your weight is below the healthy range, so focus on increasing your overall calorie and protein intake. Along with 100 g chicken, 300 g rice, and 80 g sattu daily, add milk, eggs, nuts, bananas, peanut butter, and other nutritious snacks between meals. Avoid skipping meals, eat 5–6 times a day, stay consistent, and include regular strength-training or resistance exercises to support healthy weight and muscle gain.

I would recommend adding:- 1–2 servings of fruits daily A handful of nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews, walnuts, etc.) Curd, milk, or other dairy products. Have milkshakes adding banana, chikoo, mango, custard apple in whole milk. Include sandwiches, peanut butter, wheat pasta, sattu shake, Lassi, etc. Monitor your weight once a week under similar conditions.
