Can i take fish oil supplement ? Will it be good for my skin and brain health ? Me being deprived of non veg diet i was hoping if i could suppliment myself with Omega 3 suppliment

Yes U can take fish oil supplement. If u r vegetarian u can also add flax seeds and walnuts into your routine U can also incoparate seeds like pumpkin and sunflower seeds

Yes you can have fish oil for omega 3 .Apart from that take flax seeds ,chia seeds and walnut regularly for omega 3

Gud afternoon yes u can but supplement can only be taken for short term duration,so try to have a healthy Diet to meet up your needs,nuts n roasted seeds are the richest sources of omega 3 fatty acids.
