It looks like you have elevation in eosinophils basophils and monocyte and a mild elevation in rbc count
Usually eosinophils are elevated in allergic conditions and parasitic Infections
Monocyte and basophil elevation is not significant at present
Next Steps
If u feel. Like you are experiencing some itching or rash or allergic reaction. Then you might have to start anti histamines for may be 5-7 days

Your CBC report is normal , there is a marginal increase in eosinophils count ,pcv and RBC count.you should not be concerned about it.allergy can cause raised eosinophilic count ,but it will be significantly higher.
