Some set of doctors say animal milk should not be consumed... how true is it... they say humans are the only species that consume milk from other species... no other animal does that... but some set of doctors say milk is mandatory for calcium and vitamin d... which set of doctors should we believe ?

Hello as per my experience and my mentors we have learnt and still we prescribe all our clients for Milka Nd milk products haven't we seen kids have been grown up drinking milk as there stable food so just imagine if it would have not been safe ... Would be giving it to our kids who are most dearest to our hearts so my suggestion would be donot hunt more on internet because there are few unknown sources that are giving wrong information ... Drink milk and stay safe ... And contact me if any further deatails are needed ... I am a royal milk drinker I approximately drink 750 ml milk daily. . I am healthy and have a good healthy weight     Take care stay motivated

Other animals milk is consumed by humans because they are highly advanced in their intellectuals and know so much about the benefits of milk. So it is very important to consume milk. To be Frank it's individual opinion if it is considered by nature law the first set of Dr are right if you observe human kids born are of 2.5-3kg were in a cows calf or the Buffalo or camel offspring are of 12-13kg or more and the milk produce to fulfill requirements and composition are different now considered to humans drinking milk we have choose and adapted to manage over requirements these milk are rich in other nutrients along with calcium and vitamin-D hence we consume  there is no harm in taking as our gut is adjusted and can digest easily if your diet is sufficient with other nutrients and can manage without milk you can choose to as there are many who have lactose tolerance they cannot digest these milk for them other food source can be listed
