Hello! It is NOT necessary to avoid non vegetarian foods, tea or coffee to ensure good health. The kind of non vegetarian food and quantity that you take is an important factor. Avoid taking horlicks / bournvita and other mixes available in the market - they’re loaded with sugar and unnecessary carbohydrates. Don’t opt for whey protein or plant based protein drinks - you can include food sources it’s left to cover a protein deficit- IF IT EXISTS. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan that works .
