According to me it’s as per taste . Smhow coffe works better if you going to gym or exercise thing tea is also good if taken with lots of ginger cardamom tulsi less sugar etc so choose as per ur needs

Both are equally good as long as u feel energetic, but if u r weight watcher then black coffee or black tea with less or without suger, I suggest green tea is more better that all those things
